A good seasonal run of cattle at Tuesday’s sale with 1348 head sold. The feeder market was stronger again this week with the grass cattle market being 10-15 cents higher on the top quality cattle. Some nice highlights.

768lb Red steers- $5.68cwt
710lb Black steers- $6.21cwt
590lb black steers- $7.35cwt
788lb Red heifers- $5.01cwt
700lb Red heifers- $5.56cwt
620lb Red heifers- $6.45cwt
As you can see some tremendous prices on some top cattle! The cull cows and bulls also traded very steady to last weeks market.
Last week, we had a Cow-Calf pair sale with top pairs trading up to $8300. Middle aged cows traded $6500-$7500.
